We kindly ask all guests to follow a few simple rules so everyone can enjoy a peaceful and respectful stay:

• ❌ No parties or events – NOVO MUNDO apartments are located in residential areas. We kindly ask you to respect our neighbors and the quiet atmosphere of the building.
• 🚭 No smoking inside – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of any waste responsibly.
• 🕙 Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

We’ve made sure your rental has everything you need for a comfortable, carefree stay. Here’s what you’ll find upon arrival:

🛏️ Bedroom & Bathroom

• Fresh bed linens
• Soft towels (one set per guest)
• Extra pillows and blankets
• Hair dryer
• Basic toiletries (hand soap, shower gel, toilet paper)

🍽️ Fully Equipped Kitchen

• Cooking essentials: pots, pans, utensils, cutting board
• Plates, glasses, cups, cutlery
• Kettle, toaster, and a coffee maker (with a few starter pods or capsules)
• Salt, pepper, olive oil
• Dish soap, sponge, kitchen towels

🧼 Cleaning Supplies

• Broom, dustpan, mop or vacuum
• Trash bags
• Multi-surface cleaning spray
• Iron and ironing board
